Performing Opportunities


Northwest Ballet Academy students of all ages and levels have opportunities to perform throughout the year! Performance opportunities include, but are not limited to:

  • In-Studio Performances
  • Annual Production of The Nutcracker
  • Spring Production
  • Year End Recital
  • Special Events/Collaborations
  • Showcase at Jansen Art Center
  • Lecture demos in area schools and assisted living centers
  • St. Petersburg Open Dance Competition(Russia Trip)
  • New Choreographer’s Workshop Performance
  • Youth America Grand Prix(See ATP Training Program): NBA Accelerated Training Program1

Students from Northwest Ballet Academy’s Pre-Professional Division have been invited on several occasions to participate in the  St. Petersburg Dance Open in Russia. This is a week long experience which includes daily classes with famous teachers from the Kirov Ballet, field trips to famous sites in St. Petersburg, performances at the world famous Mariinsky Theatre and the opportunity to perform in front of a live audience in a public theater.
